How come you exhale when the arms go out? I learned the opposite with other muscle groups: inhale when you move out, exhale when you pull in.
exhale on the concentric, inhale on the eccentric. that means whenever you are doing the hard part of the movement (i.e. pushing up on a bench press, kicking out on a leg extension, or in this case, pulling the weight up). then when you are letting the weight drop and controlling it "down", you inhale (letting the weight sink back down on bench press, bringing your legs back down on leg extensions, or letting your arms drop back down on this exercise). essentially exhale on the hard part, inhale when bringing it back to start.
They leyman won't get the difference between the two. Use your words.
Literally this does nothing, so many body builders curl it to their head which is the elbow moving, it's technically not correct form, but it doesn't lessen your gains or arm work out.

Throw that weak ass jab at me and you’re catching a right hand over it every time you throw it!! The only advice you need to say about the jab is shoulder hits chin every time, and hand comes back to face period!!
In other words dont have a lazy jab. The jab is the center piece in fighting its the most imperative strike

This is a good free weight compound movement as opposed to a machine movement. This will train the stabilizer muscles as opposed to working in isolation.
